THEODORE R.ZAJAC III VMD
Dr. Zajac graduated from Delaware Valley College in 1988 with a BS in Biology and from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1992.  Dr. Zajac was a medical director for several animal hospitals before purchasing Upper Saucon in March 1999.  Dr. Zajac enjoys all aspects of the medical and surgical care of dogs and cats.  Dr. Zajac has treated a wide variety of pets ranging from cats and dogs to cougars and alligators.  Dr. Zajac stresses the importance of educating owners about ALL the treatment options available for their pets and supporting owners in whichever option they chose.  In his spare time Dr. Zajac enjoys riding and showing Appaloosa Horses.

REBECCA HEFLIN CVT
Rebecca has been witht Upper Saucon since graduating from Northampton Area Community College in 2005.  Rebecca did her externship at Upper Saucon where her superior technical skills and outstanding customer service  abilities were quickly recognized.  Rebecca is always on the go spending off hour time with family and friends, playing volleyball and trail running.
KATIE SCHMIDTt CVT
Katie started at Upper Saucon Animal Hospital in 2019 while attending High School.  Dr. Zajac quickly identified what a hard worker Katie was and how pleasant she was to be around.  He encouraged her to pursue a career in veterinary nursing.  Katie graduated from LCCC/NCC with a degree in veterinary nursing in August of 2023.  Katie started as a full-time nurse after graduation.  Katie is from the Lehigh Valley and enjoys riding horses and spending time with her cats and dogs.
KAILIE TSHILIS
Kailie started at Upper Saucon Animal Hospital in 2020.  Dr. Zajac has known Kailie for many years, showing Appaloosa horses.  Kailie has won over 35 National and World Championships.  Kailie had been involved in the restaurant industry and when she was ready for a change, taking over the front office was a perfect fit.  Kailie is from the Lehigh Valley and is still active showing Appaloosa horses.  She has 2 dogs and celebrated the birth of her son Bryce in 2022.
JENN ROSCHER
 Jenn is a certified dog trainer/behaviorist (CPDT-KA) who has a BS in Animal Science from Penn State and enjoyed a career in the vet pharma industry.  Her extensive work with local rescues assisting in rehabilitation, fostering and evaluating behavior has led to many successful adoptions.  While working at a local training studio as a Senior Dog Trainer, she taught classes and did behavior evaluations.  One of her 3 dogs, Sophie, has worked with her to compete in agility, do therapy work, and help rehabilitate many reactive dogs.  Jenn has a passion for helping people learn to read their dogs and engage with them more to build a strong relationship.  In 2023, after doing referral cases for the practice, Jenn started working out of Upper Saucon Animal Hospital.
